I'm a passionate advocate for mental health, currently working my way toward a career as a mental health therapist. I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (BAS) in Psychology, which provided me with a solid understanding of the complexities of the human mind. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for others as they navigate life's challenges, and I'm excited about the path ahead to becoming a certified professional.
